Speaker 1:

Hey, loves, welcome to another captivating episode of Love, our Talks, the podcast where we dive into all things juicy about love, dating, relationships, entertainment and wellness. I am your host, k-love, and today our topic is truth, bombs and butterflies building a love story on honesty. So, sis, you know you deserve the whole darn story, ok? So, queens, let's get real for a second. Now we all know how we are, right, we wear our hearts on our sleeves, our feelings are loud and proud. We put it all out there because that's just who we are. But then there are those guys, right, the ones who keep things on lockdown, secrets tighter than yesterday's, or I want to say the micro braids. Okay, boho braids. So look, I get it, do sometimes struggle to share, I get that. Maybe they think vulnerability is weakness or that emotions are some kind of kryptonite that they got to hide. But here's the thing, sis. But here's the thing, sis, a man who can't meet you in that honest space, who keeps hiding the truth, he ain't worthy of an amazing woman such as you. Okay, Girl, you're an open book. Right, you show up. You show up authentically, you lay it all out there, even when it's scary. Right, you show up, you show up authentically. You lay it all out there, even when it's scary, right. You deserve the same in return.

Speaker 1:

A love built on secrets and half-truths that ain't love. Not at all. It's like building a castle on sand. It might look good for many, but one strong gust of wind and that whole thing coming right down crumbling OK. So think about it. How can you truly connect with someone who holds back parts of themselves? How can you trust someone who plays hide and seek with their feelings? Someone who plays hide and seek with their feelings? You can't navigate a relationship blindfolded, honey. You got to be able to see each other clearly, good and bad. So please don't settle for a man who dims your shine with his secrets. You deserve someone who appreciates your honesty, who's brave enough to be vulnerable with you as well, someone who meets your I mean who meets your truth with their own, even when it's messy, right, Because we all got some type of mess.

Speaker 1:

So I just want you to hold out for a love that's built on transparency foundation, that's strong enough to weather anything. And remember, queens, your openness. It's a gift. You're the prize, so don't waste it on someone who can't appreciate its value. You deserve a love story that's honest, that's raw and real, and that my dear starts with demanding the whole dang story. All right.
